Overview
The vehicle was experiencing delayed gear engagement, intermittent slipping under load, and noticeable vibration during acceleration. These symptoms indicated internal transmission inefficiencies and degraded fluid performance affecting smooth power delivery and drivability. An initial road test confirmed inconsistent shift behavior, followed by a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation of the transmission control system to determine the root cause and extent of the failure.
What We Did
A full transmission diagnostic procedure was completed using manufacturer-grade diagnostic tools. This included control module analysis, live data monitoring, inspection of shift logic, and evaluation of transmission fluid condition. Degraded fluid was fully drained and replaced with manufacturer-approved fluid to restore proper hydraulic pressure and thermal stability. Shift parameters were recalibrated, seals and electrical connections were inspected, and clutch engagement behavior was verified. Multiple controlled test cycles were performed under varying load conditions to ensure accurate and reliable gear operation.
Result
After repairs were completed, gear shifts became smooth, consistent, and responsive across all RPM ranges. Slipping and vibration were eliminated, throttle response improved, and overall drivetrain performance returned to factory operating standards. The transmission now delivers reliable, predictable operation in everyday driving and under higher load, restoring long-term performance and driver confidence.
